1. Protect the natural values of Mitchell Stream and its environs (including nurturing the 'corridor' connections to nearby ecologically significant areas), through weed control, and by nurturing and improving on previous revegetation work, including additional planting to increase the riparian area where possible, reduce streambank erosion, and to improve stream shading as well as amenity values.
2. Maintain options for future pathway extension and greenspace development within the reserve.
3. Retain green space in the industrial area.
